NTPC Farakka, Shubharun Township inaugurated the grand Durga Puja Celebration on 29th Sept 2022.

A magnificent statue of Goddess Durga was adorned at the Durga Puja pandal as all township residents gathered to take blessings.

Shri Sanjiv Kumar, CGM, NTPC Farakka and Smt. Maya Singh, President, Udita Ladies Club arrived at the pandal, along with Shri PV Kameshwara Rao GM (Maintenance), Shri PK Jena GM (ADM), and Shri Vivek Jha GM (Electrical).

The CGM, President ULC and all GMs lit the auspicious lamp and started the celebration. Women and children of the township performed religious dances, showcasing their talent and expressing their happiness at the arrival of Goddess Durga in their homes.

CGM Farakka expressed his gratitude to Goddess Durga for a prosperous 2021 and wished everyone health and fortune with the beginning of this years' Puja.
